Main Stage events take place on the main stage and include our keynote speaker and time for our co-founders, Alan Moore and Michael Kitces, to give you an update and keep you informed about what’s going on at XYPN. 

Workshops are brand new this year and were added directly based on member feedback. They are 90-minute deep-dive sessions on a specific topic and allow attendees to walk away with actionable items ready to implement when they get back to the office. *These sessions require an RSVP through the mobile app to secure your spot.

Content Sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday. The schedule breaks down the content sessions by financial planning, practice management, or niche. Filter by each to see the session topics under each category. *These sessions require an RSVP through the mobile app to secure your spot. 

Roundtables allow attendees to connect with a smaller group of advisors to discuss topics that will help reimagine their firm and reinvent the industry. This is your chance to share your ideas and experiences, ask questions of advisors in a similar situation, and discuss the best practices that will move your firm forward. *These sessions require an RSVP through the mobile app to secure your spot. 

Community events are all about networking with advisors who are just like you. From receptions to meals to health and wellness, there’s a little something for everyone no matter how you like to network. If you don’t see something you’re interested in or feel a topic is missing, you can use our Meet-Ups feature in our mobile app to create your own and get a small group together wherever you’d like. 

Exhibit Hall is all about our events on Exhibit Hall Day. We dedicate an entire day to our Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, October 16th, so you have plenty of time to get to all of the booths and exhibitors you’ve been dying to chat with all year. Don’t miss out on our Tech Showcase, AdviceTech Competition, and Solutions Content Sessions going on inside and right next to the hall. 

Meals are outlined and easily filterable so you know when to expect a provided meal throughout the conference. You can plan for a provided breakfast and lunch on both Wednesday, October 16th, and Thursday, October 17th, as well as a dinner on Thursday, October 17th. 

Pre-Cons are additional training opportunities that take place ahead of XYPN LIVE at our venue. All pre-cons are in addition to the main conference, priced separately, and run by third-party industry professionals. *These events require a separate registration and fee.
