Community Experiences ↗
Session Guide
Main Stage events take place on the main stage and include our keynote speakers and time for XYPN's leadership team to give you an update and keep you informed about what’s going on at XYPN.
Content Sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday. The schedule breaks down the content sessions by financial planning, practice management, or niche. Filter by each to see the session topics under each category.
Roundtables allow attendees to connect with a smaller group of advisors to discuss topics that will help reimagine their firm and reinvent the industry. This is your chance to share your ideas and experiences, ask questions of advisors in a similar situation, and discuss the best practices that will move your firm forward.
Community events are all about networking with advisors who are just like you. From receptions to meals to health and wellness, there’s a little something for everyone, no matter how you like to network. If you don’t see something you’re interested in or feel a topic is missing, you can use our Meet-Ups feature in our mobile app to create your own and get a small group together wherever you’d like.
Exhibit Hall is all about our events on Exhibit Hall Day. We dedicate an entire day to our Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, September 22nd, so you have plenty of time to get to all of the booths and exhibitors you’ve been dying to chat with all year. Don’t miss out on our Tech Showcase, AdviceTech Competition, and Solutions Content Sessions going on on the Expo stage.
Meals You can plan for a provided breakfast and lunch on both Wednesday, September 22nd, and Thursday, September 23rd. One dinner will also be provided.
Pre-Cons are additional training opportunities that take place ahead of XYPN LIVE at our venue. All pre-cons are in addition to the main conference, priced separately, and run by third-party industry professionals. *These events require a separate registration and fee.
*Session RSVPs will open at the end of June when the mobile app is released; passholders will receive more information upon release.
Earn CFP® CE Credit Hours
Excluding pre-conference sessions, XYPN LIVE reports earned CE directly to the CFP® Board once the conference wraps.
How it works ↓
XYPN collects your CFP® ID during registration, but be sure to scan into each eligible session at the door, as attendance scans are how we verify participation and report credit.
Frequently Asked Questions ↘
Fly in the evening of Monday, September 20, or the morning of Tuesday, September 21, to join us in kicking off XYPN LIVE in the early afternoon. We'll close things out on Thursday, September 23rd, with a big celebration at our closing reception.
Passholders gained access to the XYPN LIVE conference app in the summer of 2027, where they can RSVP for sessions, connect with other attendees, and submit questions to speakers ahead of the conference.
Pre- and Post-Cons are offered separately through XYPN members and partners and are not included in your XYPN LIVE attendee pass. XYPN doesn’t manage registration for these events or collect payment; registration and any payments are collected by the organization hosting the Pre-Conference.
Yes! XYPN LIVE offers CFP® Continuing Education (CE) only and will report your CE directly to the CFP Board, making the process as seamless as possible. XYPN collects your CFP ID during registration, but be sure to scan into each eligible session at the door, as attendance scans are how we verify participation and report credit.
CE-eligible sessions will be available on demand after the conference and can be completed for self-study credit through Mid-December for both members of XYPN and non-members. XYPN will follow up after the event with all the details you’ll need to access recordings and complete any remaining CE.
Need documentation for self-reporting to organizations like NAPFA? You can access your CE history directly through your CFP account. Simply log in, navigate to View/Report CE in the left sidebar, and scroll to your Continuing Education Summary.
From there, you can save or screenshot the page as documentation. You can also save your CE confirmation email as a PDF and use it as supporting documentation for self-reporting.
