While refunds aren't provided, you’re welcome to transfer your pass to someone else before Tuesday, September 8th.
A member ticket may only be transferred to another current XYPN member. If a non-member ticket is transferred to a current XYPN member, no fee adjustment will be issued. Any fee reimbursements will take place between the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder. Please reach out to membership@xyplanningnetwork.com to start the transfer process.
Yes! An in-person pass can be switched to a Virtual Pass with a refund for the difference in pass prices until Friday, August 21st. After this date, the pass can still be switched to a Virtual Pass, but no refund will be provided.
Pre-conferences are offered separately through XYPN members and partners and are not included in your XYPN LIVE attendee pass. XYPN doesn’t manage registration for these events or collect payment; registration and any payments are collected by the organization hosting the Pre-Conference.

Yes! XYPN LIVE proudly offers complimentary childcare for children up to age 12 to all attendees during the conference. Childcare will be offered Tuesday, September 29 - Thursday, October 1. Be on the lookout in August for an email to get your child(ren) signed up.
XYPN LIVE offers CFP® Continuing Education (CE) only and will report your CE directly to the CFP Board, making the process as seamless as possible. We collect your CFP ID during registration, but be sure to scan into each eligible session at the door, as attendance scans are how we verify participation and report credit. This year, attendees can earn up to 14.5 CFP CE credit hours, excluding pre-conference sessions.
CE-eligible sessions will also be available on demand after the conference and can be completed for self-study credit through December 15. We’ll follow up after the event with all the details you’ll need to access recordings and complete any remaining CE.
Need documentation for self-reporting to organizations like NAPFA? You can access your CE history directly through your CFP account. Simply log in, navigate to View/Report CE in the left sidebar, and scroll to your Continuing Education Summary. From there, you can save or screenshot the page as documentation. You can also save your CE confirmation email as a PDF and use it as supporting documentation for self-reporting.
Fly in the evening of Monday, September 28, or the morning of Tuesday, September 29, to join us in kicking off XYPN LIVE in the early afternoon. We'll close things out on Thursday, October 1st, with a big celebration at our closing reception.
