Absolutely. Passes can be transferred to another person before Thursday, October 28, 2021. Any fee reimbursements will take place between the original ticket holder and new ticket holder. The original ticket holder must email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the transfer. A member ticket may only be transferred to a current XYPN member. If a non-member ticket is transferred to a current XYPN member, no fee adjustment will be issued. No pass transfers after Thursday, October 28, 2021. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Currently we are planning for an in-person event. Our fingers are crossed that by November 2021, we will be able to make that happen. We do know there is a possibility we may have to switch to a virtual format again. We will continue to monitor the environment, and update attendees and exhibitors as our plans develop.
To qualify for student pricing, you must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the time of the conference. Students are required to provide their school email address to register.
Every attendee pass is an all-access pass. You are welcome to attend every event on the agenda including keynote presentations, breakout sessions, social events, the exhibit hall, and more.
Pre- and post-conferences are offered separately through XYPN members and partners, and are not included in your attendee pass. XY Planning Network does not manage registration for these events or collect payment; registration and any payments are collected by the organization hosting the pre- or post-conference.
