No! Everyone is welcome at #XYPNLIVE! Content is relevant (and game-changing) for both current fee-for-service advisors and those considering becoming a fee-for-service advisor.

To qualify for student pricing, you must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the time of the conference. Students are required to provide their school email address to register.

Absolutely. Passes can be transferred to another person before Thursday, October 28, 2021. Any fee reimbursements will take place between the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder.

The original ticket holder must email events@xyplanningnetwork.com to complete the transfer. A member ticket may only be transferred to another current XYPN member. If a non-member ticket is transferred to a current XYPN member, no fee adjustment will be issued.

No pass transfers are allowed after Thursday, October 28, 2021. There are no exceptions to this policy.

At #XYPNLIVE, every attendee pass is an all-access pass. You are welcome to attend every event on the agenda including keynote presentations, breakout sessions, social events, the exhibit hall, and so much more.

Both! #XYPNLIVE 2021 is a hybrid event, and the decision to attend in-person in Denver, CO, or virtually (from anywhere) is completely up to you. As our most customizable conference ever, choose which option you are most comfortable with and which best suits your circumstances—seeing your smiling face, whether in-person or online, will put a smile on ours.

Pre- and Post-Conferences are offered separately through XYPN members and partners, and are not included in your attendee pass. XYPN does not manage registration for these events or collect payment; registration and any payments are collected by the organization hosting the Pre- or Post-Conference.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on passes. If you have a pass and are no longer able to attend, you are able to transfer your pass to someone else. If you have a pass to transfer, sign up in this spreadsheet for help connecting with a new pass holder. 

Not a problem—all you need to do is fill out this form before September 17 to change how you will be attending, whether in-person or virtually. Because of the planning and logistics that go into a hybrid event like #XYPNLIVE, we appreciate you honoring the September 17 deadline to indicate your final preference for how you will be attending.

The safety of attendees and staff is our number one priority when it comes to #XYPNLIVE. The state of Colorado, the city of Denver, and our hotel venue all have safety precautions in place, and we will continue to monitor any guidelines issued. Whether you choose to attend in-person or virtually, we are committed to providing the same exceptionally valuable, enriching experience for both audiences. Pass prices remain the same for both options, much like the level of awesome.
