Nope. Everyone is welcome at XYPN LIVE! Content is relevant (and game-changing) for both current fee-for-service advisors and those considering becoming a fee-for-service advisor.

While refunds won’t be provided, you’re welcome to transfer your pass to someone else before Friday, August 30th.
A member ticket may only be transferred to another current XYPN member. If a non-member ticket is transferred to a current XYPN member, no fee adjustment will be issued. Any fee reimbursements will take place between the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder. Please reach out to membership@xyplanningnetwork.com to start the transfer process.

Yes! An in-person pass can be switched to a Virtual Pass with a refund for the difference in pass prices until Friday, August 30th. After this date, the pass can be switched to a Virtual Pass, but there will be no refund provided.

Pre-conferences are offered separately through XYPN members and partners and are not included in your XYPN LIVE attendee pass. XYPN doesn’t manage registration for these events or collect payment; registration and any payments are collected by the organization hosting the Pre- or Post-Conference.

Come as you are! XYPN LIVE events are casual. We're t-shirts and shorts people.

Yes! XYPN LIVE proudly offers complimentary childcare for children up to age 12 to all attendees during the conference. Childcare will be offered Tuesday, October 15 - Thursday, October 17. Be on the lookout in September for an email to get your child(ren) signed up.
